Spread some sugar on a plate. Moisten the outer rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge and then lightly coat the rim with sugar. Fill the glass with finely crushed ice.
In a Boston shaker, muddle ripe blackberries with agave nectar. Add Espanita Reposado tequila, Dry Curacao, and a handful of ice. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds and strain into the glass.Top the cocktail with a dash of sparkling dry wine and garnish the cocktail with a sprig of mint and a blackberry.
